Feedback

We welcome all feedback, however we are aware that complaints need to be handled with particular care. We will work to sort out complaints as quickly as possible and will be as confidential as possible. Any complaint will be investigated and written complaints will be responded to within ten working days. The following guidelines should be kept to in order to resolve complaints:

Stage 1: Talk to a member of staff/child's Link Worker to explain the concern

Stage 2: If a satisfactory outcome is not reached, talk about the concern with the Head Teacher/Children's Centre Coordinator

Stage 3: Write to the Head Teacher/Children's Centre Coordinator to explain the concern

Stage 4: If a satisfactory outcome is not reached, write a formal written complaint to the Chair of Governors

Stage 5: If parents or carers are not satisfied with the response, complaints can be taken to the Waltham Forest Safeguarding Board (WFSCB):

All incidents of a racist, bullying or sexist nature are recorded and monitored in accordance with London Borough of Waltham Forest policy.
