Nursery Curriculum
Our planning is set out across the three prime areas of the Early Years Foundation Stage:
• communication and language;
• physical development; and
• personal, social and emotional development.
These areas are crucial for igniting children’s curiosity and enthusiasm for learning, and for building their capacity to learn, form relationships and thrive.
The other four areas of the Early Years Foundation Stage, literacy, mathematics, understanding the world and expressive arts and design, underpin our planning in the three prime areas.
