Feeding and meal times can be a stressful time for parents. What to cook? Is there time to cook? Will my child eat what I cook? Is it healthy?

Our centre employs the services of a dietician who works in a number of Children's Centres throughout the borough.

We run weekly drop-ins at Comely Bank Clinic should you wish to ask advice on eating, feeding your children, fussy eaters, tips on what to put in a lunch box or just ask about healthy eating generally.

This Balti recipe is one chosen by our dietician...if you would like more information come along to our sessions at Comely Bank Clinic every Tuesday.
